Director / Q. Manager  :  Mr. S.S. Nemlekar is the Director /   Chief Executive and under his control  all the activities, such as  Administration, Technical and Marketing are carried out.     He is a  Technocrat with very long experience in the field of Metrological Inspection,   testing  and analysis.
He has  completed the Lead assessors course and therefore  the entire Q. System are  well designed to comply with  N.A.B.L. requirements.  He also imparts training to staff in all areas of the company activities.

Lab In-charge /  Chief Tester  :  Mr. N. R. Patke,  35 years of practical experience in the field of precision  Inspection and Q. Control  systems  of very reputed organization.  He controls the calibration   & technical matters of the organization, including documentation.

Calibration Engineer :  Having two and half decades  experience in Metrological Inspection & calibration standards,   room, tool room, having long hands on experience in quality assurance in metrology of space and marine equipments, precision parts, tools jigs / fixtures gauges etc.

Tester : Science graduates with  specialized  training in calibration &  hands on experience.  Executive ( Customer Service ) : A Graduate with long experience in calibration, documentation & Inspection, Marketing with the organization. 

Accountant :  Commerce graduate and experience  in all types of  commercial & accounts  matters and transactions.  Well trained in computer  systems and Analysis and maintaining training systems.

Internal Auditing is carried out by external, professionally qualified and long experienced technocrats,  in this field for at least 3 times a year covering all the parameters as per ISO requirement at least once in calendar year.
